All parties require a set up time of around 10 minutes, so this will be added to your party timings. Food timings can be discussed, for most packages food is best served after the pamper party has finished, for the Superstar package food time can be incorporated into the party programme if needed. A parent must be within the building for the duration of the party for safety purposes, but you are free to have a cuppa in peace, unless you wish to watch. Please be advised that a table and chairs are needed for all party set ups, please let me know if this is not an option within your home to discuss possible options. During nice weather parties can take place outside if desired. Help with supplying warm water is needed for bowls, other than that I take control of everything else for the entire duration. A bottle of fizz and nibbles are supplied at every party, I offer as much flexibility on dietary requirements as possible and include food such as popcorn, crisps, sweets and chocolate treats. Every child is supplied with a bowl and this is included within the party timing.

A £50 non refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking, this must be made within 3 days of the invoice date, the booking will not be confirmed until this is made via online transfer. If this is not received by this time, your booking will be checked before being cancelled and the space made available for other bookings. The remaining amount will be due at the latest by the day of your party, made via online transfer, either through the balance link which I will send to you the week of the party, or through the details on your invoice.​

Bookings will be confirmed via an email with a receipt sent to you to confirm your deposit has been received. Please note there will be a fuel cost per mile of £1 one way for bookings outside 10 miles of BN15. Please contact to see if a party can be offered in your area. 

I'm often asked about skincare options that parents can buy for their children as gifts, so am now offering skin kits that can be added to your bookings that can include the skincare used in the parties. Please ask if this is something you would be interested in finding more about.

A signed online consent form will be required for all children at the party, to be signed by a parent of guardian, confirming allergies, use of photos on social media and confirming the parent or guardian is happy for their child to participate in the party. These will come back direct to me once completed. All parties and treatments are insured and DBS checked.
