Important Information

Party Info

All parties require a set up time of around 10 minutes, so this will be added to your party timings. Food timings can be discussed, for most packages food is best served after the pamper party has finished, for the Superstar package food time can be incorporated into the party programme. A parent must be within the building for the duration of the party for safety purposes. Please be advised that a table and chairs are needed for the party set up, please let me know if this is not an option within your home. During nice weather parties can take place outside if desired. Help with supplying warm water is needed for bowls, other than that I take control of everything else for the entire duration. A bottle of fizz and nibbles are supplied at every party, I offer as much flexibility on dietary requirements as possible and include food such as popcorn, crisps, sweets and chocolate treats. Every child is supplied with a bowl and this is included within the party duration. 

Deposits and Bookings

A £50 non refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking made, this must be made within 3 days of the invoice date and the booking will not be confirmed until this is made via online transfer. If this is not received by this time, your booking will be cancelled and the space made available for other bookings. The remaining amount will be due at the party by either transfer or cash, for the package chosen at the time of booking and stated on your invoice.

Bookings will be confirmed via an email with a receipt sent to you to confirm your deposit has been received. Please note there will be a fuel cost per mile of £1 one way for bookings outside 10 miles of BN15. Please contact to see if a party can be offered in your area. 

Bespoke
options

Packages can be created if there is something else you're looking for. If there is a smaller number if guests than the packages offer, these can be catered for with a minimum spend. Sleepover packages are offered Monday to Friday evenings and the Slumberstar package is offered for this. Please get in touch if you wish to discuss bespoke options. There is a minimum spend of £150 for all bookings. 

Admin

A signed online consent form will be required for all children at the party, to be signed by a parent of guardian, confirming allergies, use of photos on social media and confirming the parent or guardian is happy for their child to participate in the party. These will come back direct to me once completed. All parties and treatments are insured and DBS checked.
